Since 2003, Azzurro Diving in Patmos has been providing high-quality scuba diving education and professional underwater services. Founded and owned by Athanasios Pras, an Instructor Trainer in recreational and technical diving as well as an Underwater Operations Supervisor, the center is built on extensive experience and a proven professional track record in the diving industry.

Azzurro Diving in Patmos is a certified diving center authorized to provide scuba diver training, organized and guided diving experiences, as well as diving equipment rental. The center is licensed by the Greek Ministry of Merchant Shipping and the Central Port Authority of Piraeus (Registration No. 42).
We offer internationally recognized scuba diving certifications that are officially recognized by the Greek State and issued through leading training organizations, including SSI, H.U.U.A.–CMAS, PADI, EFR, and DAN.
The safety of our divers is our highest priority. All our students are covered by insurance, while our diving equipment is regularly maintained and upgraded, meeting all required specifications and complying with ISO standards and EBETAM requirements.
With an unwavering commitment to safety and the quality of our services, our diving centre operates a professional dive boat for the transportation of trainees to dive sites. We regularly organise diving excursions for all experience levels, exploring more than 40 dive sites, as well as diving trips throughout Greece and abroad.
The Azzurro Diving in Patmos Commercial Diving Team is officially recognised by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, the Hellenic Coast Guard Headquarters, and the Central Port Authority of Piraeus, holding a Certificate of Compliance with Legal Requirements (Registration No. 14).

Sakis is a Scuba Instructor’s Trainer in both, Recreational and Technical Scuba diving, First Aid instructor’s trainer, as well as Commercial Diving Supervisor. An underwater veteran who leads all underwater activities.
Scuba Instructor
Zenobia is an oceanographer and marine ecologist, commercial diver and SCUBA Instructor. She is also the co-founder of the NPO “Oceanides Institute of Marine Research and Education” leading Marine conservation projects.
